Multiple ingredient prodcut
I was always reading about Akkermansia every where and decided why not try it. I have used several brands but have been with this one the longest. Is it doing anything? Hard to really tell but no side effects and the bonus is that it contains other helpful ingredients.

This product has healed my gut. It keeps me regular and eliminates bloating. I feel good after I eat, rather than feeling uncomfortable. Highly recommend this quality formulation, it contains both pasteurized and live probiotics.
I feel this probiotic has several good health benefits. Most important for me was the probiotics! I was able to take these without any side effects and seemed to ease constipation issues. The bottle was easy to open and close and had a slight smell. Though the smell did not interfere with taking it.
I feel taking the vitamin consistently at the same time everyday improved results!

If I’m being honest I have no idea if this did anything for me or not. I have not noticed a difference. I will say it’s easy to swallow and doesn’t have a taste which is always a plus.

This is a pre, pro and post-biotic supplement that is designed to help with supporting your gut and strengthening your gut lining. I took this for a full month and felt a little less bloated, but think I would need to take them longer to see a huge difference in my wellness.

I substituted these in place of my regular probiotic and they worked great. I don’t notice a nasty taste or anything. I like the pinkish capsule because it helps me differentiate between my other meds that look similar. If you’re looking for a new probiotic, this one is worth a shot!
