I chose this specific supplement because I have anxiety & have issues with having enough energy and focus while in my nursing classes. I have been taking this mainly every day after getting it & my husband has taken it a few times as well. I will say, due to the caffeine, I do feel like its helped with my energy levels but for focus & memory, I’m not sure if it has done anything. I took off one star because the serving size is 5 capsules and they aren’t tiny. However, that’s my only critique. I will keep taking this until it’s gone & I would buy again 🙂

I haven’t taken it long enough yet to really tell if it is helping, but I feel like if it does help it’s totally worth every penny! It has nice packaging and packed with good ingredients. It doesn’t have a weird texture like some similar pills I have taken. I hope it’s effective!

I was kind of nervous about trying this product out, not going to lie. I cut my dosage down to 3 pills a day as suggested by my gp. It help a little with my brain fog but gave me the jitters. This is one of those products that I believe you will need to try for yourself to see if it works with your body or not.

I have enjoyed taking these for the last month. I overall feel a major boost of energy and ability to focus. They have no aftertaste, and are easily taken. I started out by taking one a day and increased it until I found the dosage that was best for me. It states that a serving size is five capsules, but as I am apprehensive about medications in general, I found that three was the amount of capsules that worked best for me. There is no “crash” at the end of the day, nor did I ever feel sickly. I will be buying these in the future as it works well. I did receive this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review.

The packaging is appealing to the eye. Simple yet effective marketing. I like the ingredients in this product. It did seem to make a difference to my cognitive abilities and thinking clearer. I think I may need more time taking it to really see a difference. I did notice less brain fog. Easy to take capsules. Did not notice a taste or fragrance. It did not upset my stomach. It seemed to help with joint inflammation.

You get no nausea or any ache feeling in your stomach from it. I believe it really helps you get into flow-state from this supplement. Its got a GIANT list of great ingredients like Alpha GPC that is found naturally in our bodys to help with memory and focus. The Caffeine Anhydrous is pure caffeine which is a smooth feeling of energy. I was really excited to receive this product. I do have adhd or add and I’ve tried medication before. So a more holistic approach seems amazing. I don’t really know much about the ingredients but I was excited to try them. They’re serving size 5 capsules which seems like a lot, so I only tried two at a time, and I did actually notice a little bit of a difference! There is a lot of caffeine in it, so I was worried, I might overdo it by taking too many and drinking coffee at the same time. So I don’t know how good of a value for money it is when the serving size is so high, but I was able to get some sort of difference with only taking two so maybe I’ll try three another day when I really need to focus. The packaging was easy to get into as well, so maybe keep out of little hands reach.

I’m not sure what I was suppose to feel after this but I will say some days I took it I was able to concentrate and get stuff done around the house. The pills are ginormous so I had to take them one by one. They are the pills with the powder inside the plastic.
