Okay guys, I apparently missed the bus for taking creatine for ALL these years. There are so many benefits that I had no idea about besides muscle recovery – improved cognitive function, increased estrogen (regulates your period symptoms!), improved bone health. I got this free from influenster. This is the Nutri creatine 5000 mg unflavored. It does mix very well. Because it is unflavored put it in pretty much anything. For this size container it is about 20 to 30 dollars.

I’ve been adding these to my morning and post workout smoothies; and while I haven’t noticed any changes I’m assuming it is doing something for my body nonetheless. Mixes well and there’s no chalky aftertaste.

I am an avid gym goer, and I’m no newbie to creatine. This stuff works great! Flavorless, mixes well with any liquid, tasteless. Packaging is tight, screw on lid with seal underneath. Truly helps my muscles recover after a workout, and gives me a great boost before hand! Will continue to use.

As a college athlete it is really important for me to choose good products and supplements that will help me perform best. I have researched and use this creatine and has felt that it helped me so far. It has no flavor which I like, and it is easy to drink.

The first time I put this creatine in plain water, the grainy texture made it difficult for me to finish and some of it had sank to the bottom. However after adding flavor the crunchiness felt like it was part of a drink making it more drinkable although still a bit strange. I also found that a straw helped because I could do a little stir before each sip to keep it from settling. So the problems I had turned out to be mostly fixable.
The results of the creatine makes any problems more than worth it. I’ve been taking it for 6 weeks now and I feel stronger in the gym and like I’m progressing to heavier weights faster. It’s not dramatic, but it’s noticeable to me. Also, I’ve been told a few times in the last week or two that I look thinner. However, I am at almost the same weight (if not slightly heavier) as I was before taking creatine, so it seems that I must have gained a bit of muscle and lost a bit of fat. I’m overall very happy with my results so far.
