The formula is good. However, taking this supplement doesn’t mean you don’t need to maintain a healthy diet.
I tried Berberine HCL without any results, but when I changed it to Dihydro Berberine it’s much better. It helps me reducing my sugar cravings. I’m using 1 pill in the morning with plenty of water.
