The NMN dose below falls within the range used in published human research. The studies were run on the individual ingredient, not on this finished product. Quercefit quercetin phytosome (25 mg) and black pepper extract (5 mg) are included for absorption support at doses below those used in their own trials, so no study is cited for them.

I heard it’s good for aging
I ordered this along with Resveratrol and have been taking it for two months. I saw reviews saying it was good for fatigue, but I didn’t really feel like, “Wow, this is great!” I used to take a different brand, but I tried this one because the ratio was a bit higher. Hmm… I’m debating if I should order this again.
