I didn't feel this product did anything. Placebo maybe? I'm not sure but it was clearly not for me. I'm not a fan of taking too many pills and this did not impress me enough to keep around. Hopefully it worked better for others.

I started taking this product the day I got it. I only have to take two capsules every day which was easy to do. Since then, I’ve noticed a boost in my energy as well as how fast my nails are growing!

This is an amazing product. I’ve never taken this before but I can really tell a difference in the way I feel. It’s a capsule so it’s easy to swallow and has no taste. It’s also easy to open and is a great value for the money. I like that is has biotin in it also. I can tell my hair and nails are stronger!! I’m making this a part of my vitamin ritual and you should too.

The Nutri R lipoic acid supplement unfortunately gave me a super upset stomach. I decided to give it 1 week to see if it would subside but unfortunately it did not. The packaging is nice and legible and easy to open. The supplements had no taste or smell. Unfortunately for me it just did not sit well with my stomach so I was not able to take it long enough to see any results.

These are a great version of R Lipoic Acid pills. I like the added biotin. They are a good size so they are easy to swollen. No complaints if you’re looking for supplements.

    Helps hair and nail growth!

    I was given this product free to try and review. I have taken this for a month straight and I feel more energetic. My hair grew a bunch of baby hairs and my nails grew out so strong!
    Easy to open packaging and didn’t taste bad. I recommend this for people who are looking for more energy and hair and. Nail growth.

    I love the size of the capsules and they didn’t have a harsh taste like other capsules usually have. I enjoyed that it does have biotin and noticed a difference in skin and hair within using it for the 30days. Will use this product again and add to my routine.
