I ordered this because I heard it’s good to take with Nmn. I’ve been taking it for a little less than two months, and honestly, I haven’t really felt like it’s working. I’m taking it for prevention, but I am debating whether I should order more.
I use it at night; I can’t say I’ve seen any effect yet, but they say it’s very beneficial.

Been taking one a day for about two months. The capsules are small enough to swallow easily and there is no smell or aftertaste, which was my main worry. Ingredient list is short and it is vegan, which I like. Only reason it is not five stars is the price, but the bottle lasts two months so it works out okay.
