This supplement gave me a small boost of energy but I didn’t feel jittery. I did not experience any side effects from it. It is supposed to help with anti aging, but I think I need to take it over a span of a few months to see more results with that. The capsules are a little on the large side, but not too crazy big. I’m on the fence if I want to repurchase just for the energy boost.

Just okay… can’t really feel the difference. But they are from vegetables so probably a safe and friendly choice for health. The capsule are white and solid.

I want to start by saying antioxidants are so important in this world full of stressors affecting your body. I can’t say if they are making a big difference yet but I love that this brand seems to care about ingredients and their affect on your body at a cellular level. These supplements do not have a bad smell. They barely have a scent at all. I have struggled with strong smelling supplements in the past. I am grateful these don’t have that issue. I will continue to use these for a while and look forward to feeling and seeing the change these will have in my life.
