A lot of curcuminoids
So far this is the supplement with the most curcuminoids I have found. not sure if this product can be used longterm, but I wilk definitely use it for a couple months
Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties, is easy to take, and can be taken daily with meals.

It is pretty good, but there are better products that target more specific areas. The Meriva for Joints and the Longvida for brain, but this one is a good option for price and everyday use.
